SAILS

SAILS OF THE DRAGONFLY 35 ULTIMATE
Fast sailing with the Dragonfly Trimaran

Maren is a very fast, comfortable yacht. It features:
A carbon mast with diamond shrouds that is 1.50 m higher than the touring version and carries 14 m² more sails.
17.5 meters is a long way to hoist a 67m2 sail. That's when you realize that an electric winch is a good thing.
67m² North Sails 3Dl eight-battened mainsail.
The mainsail has three reefing points. Two reef lines reach to the cockpit.
Ronstan slat carriages with full ball bearings make hoisting and reefing easier.
Lazy Jack and Lazy Bag make storage easier.
35m² North Sails 3Dl furling genoa.
The bowsprit, extended to 1.50 m, allows for a 124m² gennaker that can be easily hoisted from a sock.
The 72 m² Code Zero from Epex Technora Black is operated with an endless furling system.
Both light wind sails are housed in the wings.
Shortly after its launch, the Dragonfly 35 received the 'Boat of the Year' award in 2008
